ErgoAssetOS — Included with Omni
ErgoAssetOS is the central management platform for the Omni system. It connects the on-site locker kiosk, the employee and manager web portal, and the administrator cloud dashboard into one integrated enterprise system.
Where supported and configured according to project requirements, ErgoAssetOS manages users, assets, lockers, compartments, requests, approvals, assignments, issue and return, status, history, reporting and administration across the full Omni deployment.

Omni supports multiple authentication methods configured according to user groups and security requirements. RFID card access controls who can open locker doors — this is separate from RFID item-level inventory detection, which is an optional hybrid configuration where supported.
