International Orders: We offer payment via Bank Wire Transfer, Check, , or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Wire Transfer is USD or HKD .. A $15 additional fee will be charged for bank wire transfers on orders less than $500  (we are not responsible for any additional fees charged by the originating bank). Company Purchase Order

Payment terms of Net 7 days may be arranged for companies and organizations desiring to use a Purchase Order (please contact us if you require alternate terms). To arrange this, credit must be established with us by  pls send us complete details . Certain Minimum order amount may apply.

• Shipping charges and options like Sf Express / Hk Post or by van can be discussed over email .Free shipping is awarded on some conditions only.

We try to ship everything within 72 hours of the time we receive your order , However email form us will specify detailed estimated shipping details . If everything is in stock, we will ship even faster, usually within 48 or 72  hours. Exceptions to this include:

• Standard lead time on special order and non-stock items is approximately 5-10 working days

International Orders:
 Please contact our customer service department for special arrangements for international shipping . All freight charges are prepaid. Customer is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. An Ergohongkong  associate will contact you via email with International shipping charges prior to shipping.
